How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days after proof approval. Larger orders, specialty materials (like holographic or glitter), or custom requests may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated on your order status, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Stickr Shack only ships within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!
What is your return policy?
Because all of our products are custom made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been printed. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our end, we’ll happily replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
What are your sizing options?
We can print stickers in a wide range of sizes to fit your needs. Most of our stickers start as small as 2" x 2" and go up to 12" x 12" for standard options. If you need a custom size outside of that range, just let us know—we can usually make it happen!
